In the meantime, the calculation methods explain the assumptions behind each result.

Start with the page and the problem

Once support opens, tell us which tool or page you used and what seemed wrong or unclear. That is enough to start. You do not need to understand the formula or prepare a technical report.

If convenient, include any of the following:

• What you expected and what appeared instead.
• The steps you took, such as changing budget scope or switching tools.
• A fictional example that shows the issue, instead of your real budget.
• Your browser and whether you used a phone or computer.

A screenshot is optional. Remove personal details and financial information before sharing it.

Keep sensitive details out of feedback

Do not send passwords, bank account or card numbers, statements, identity documents, medical information or a report containing your real financial details. We do not need access to your accounts to investigate a calculator issue.

Calculation and content corrections

For a factual correction, a link to a reliable source is helpful but not required. For a calculation concern, an example is helpful but you can also describe the result in plain language.

The correction process is to check the report, try to reproduce the issue and update affected calculations or explanations if an error is confirmed. Material corrections are recorded with their date and scope. If a change affects a result, calculate again; previously downloaded reports do not update automatically.

Support covers website problems and explanations. It does not provide personal financial advice or emergency assistance. No response-time guarantee is currently offered.

Privacy questions

The same support address will handle privacy questions once it is verified and published. For now, you can remove your local draft in the calculator without contacting anyone. There is no online account or server-side budget record to delete.
