Who this notice covers
Paycheck to Paycheck is independently maintained under the Paycheck to Paycheck brand. This notice describes the local preview version as of September 6, 2026; it is not a description of a deployed Cloudflare service. Public hosting and support email configuration have not been verified for launch.
Budget entries, website access information and support correspondence are different categories. The sections below explain the current handling of each.
Budget entries and calculations
Income, expenses, cash reserves, budget scope and scenario entries are processed in your browser. The calculator does not submit these amounts to a budget server, put them in page URLs or connect to bank accounts. No account is required.
By default, entries are held in this tab’s memory. They remain available when you follow internal links between tools. Refreshing or closing the tab normally ends that in-memory session unless you have enabled a saved draft.
Optional drafts on this device
Choosing “Save draft on this device” stores the shared budget, expense breakdown, scenario settings and submission state in this browser’s local storage, along with a saving preference, timestamp and format version. A readable saved draft is restored on a later visit, and saving continues until you turn it off.
There is no automatic expiry set by the application. The draft remains until you remove it or the browser clears its storage. It is not synchronized to other devices by this website. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to read it; avoid saving on a shared device.
Stopping saving or clearing entries
- Stop saving and remove draft: stops future saving and removes the stored draft when the browser allows it. The entries currently in this tab remain available.
- Clear all my entries: after confirmation, clears this tab’s budget and scenarios and attempts to remove the stored draft.
- If removal fails: the tool shows an error. Retry or clear this website’s data through your browser settings.
Open draft controls. Removing a draft does not delete files you previously downloaded.
Reports you print or save
Report preview and printing take place in your browser. If you choose to save a PDF, it is stored wherever your browser or print service saves it. Downloaded reports can contain financial details. You control whether to share or delete them; clearing this website’s draft does not remove them.
Website requests and external services
Your browser requests pages and assets from the server running this preview. Those requests are separate from the financial amounts entered into the calculator. This notice does not claim that ordinary server requests contain no technical information.
The application currently has no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies; optional drafts use local storage. No Cloudflare access-log or email-retention settings have been verified for this version. Before public launch, this notice must identify the actual hosting and email services, what information they handle, its purpose, and the applicable retention and access arrangements.
When you follow an external link, the destination website handles your visit under its own privacy practices. Your budget is not automatically included in those links.
Support correspondence
There is currently no active contact form or published support mailbox, so this preview does not accept support submissions. Once support opens, your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send will be separate from the budget stored in your browser.
Before that channel is enabled, its handling, service providers, retention and deletion-request process must be described here. We have not set or advertised a retention period for a mailbox that is not yet configured.
Your controls and privacy questions
You can edit or delete your local budget using draft controls or your browser’s site-data settings. The maintainer cannot remotely retrieve or erase a budget that exists only in your browser. There is no server-side budget account to close.
Support availability is shown on the contact page. Once a verified address is published, it will also accept privacy questions. Do not send passwords, bank statements or real budget reports to demonstrate a problem.
Changes to this notice
The date above identifies the version described here. Before public launch, we will replace this preview scope with the actual services and an effective date. Material changes to data handling will be explained on this page with an updated date; a change affecting a saving choice will also be explained where that choice is offered. Updating this text alone does not change or delete files already saved on your device.
